This workflow provides commands for copying and pasting the version of various components.

Currently provided:

  • version osx: Copies the version of OS X, e.g. “OS X 10.11.1 (15B42)”
  • version xcode: Copies the version of any installed Xcode, e.g. “Xcode 7.1 (7B91b)”

Note: Requires Xcode 7 or the Command Line Tools to be installed.
