This workflow allows you to use [Spritz-style]() speedreading on your Mac!

You can either pass a text file using a File Action, or input your own text using the keyword spritz.

You can adjust your Words per Minute speed using the keyword spritzr:set and inputting the integer value. You can also use spritzr:set to change the reading mode to either Dark or Light.
