Provide Meta+E, which is one of the rare convenience that Windows has over Mac. This does the following:

- Invoke Finder if there is no existing window - If there is only one window bring it up - If the only existing window is already in focus create a side window right next to it - If there are two existing windows, show them together side by side, inspired by Colin's DualFinder workflow - If there are more than 2 windows consolidate them as tabs of a single window (and bring it to the front)
