This workflow is essentially an Alfred port of this handy script.

Requirements:

• SelfControl (obviously)
• Usable Keychain Scripting (useful tutorial for that here)

To use, first follow the setup instructions inthe above-linked Macworld post. The workflow uses to keywords:

work: this runs SelfControl for the specified amount of time (in minutes). Defaultis 45 minutes.

block this adds the entered URL to SelfControl's blocklist
