This is quick workflow that makes it easy to grab a place holder image of a particular size.  Use the keyword "placeholdit" and then enter the dimensions in pixels for your sample image.  For example "placeholdit 250x400" will create a 200px by 400px image in your browser that you can then download and use in your website build... or whatever you might need a sample image for.
