Background:

This is a modified version of RodgerWW's "About This Mac" workflow (shown on the Alfred Forums).  However, I had a problem with the way it converted the Model Identifier into a nicely read string (It kept reporting my 2015-Macbook Retina as a mid-2011 Macbook).  

This workflow contains a simple 1-line change to pull the nice identifier from Apple's website, via instructions found StackExchange.

Usage:

Simply execute "about" to see the details of your mac.  

Execute "xabout" to purge any locally cached detail, and regenerate the data (useful if you use multiple mac's).
